Michael E. Guy Sr.

Michael Edward Guy Sr. was born in Houston, Texas on October 14, 1952. He was the sixth child of the late Tim W. Guy and Rosa Lee Fiest Guy. Michael attended Cy-Fair High School and graduated in Cypress, Texas. Later, he married Debra Marie Borel on May 5, 1972. To this union two children were born, Michael E. Guy Jr. and Cassandra Guy Ross. Michael accepted Jssus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age at Riverdale Baptist Church until the day of his death. Michael worked at South Coast Terminal for 34 years until he was forced to retire when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After 2 1/2 years, Michael finally lost his battle with cancer and took his final breath on February 5, 2012 at the young age of 59 years old. Michael was preceded in death by Tom W. Guy (father), Rosa Lee Guy (mother), Coleman Guy (brother) and Lester Guy (brother). He leaves to cherish fond memories; Debra Guy (wife), Michael E. Guy Jr. (son), Cassandra Guy Ross (daughter), brother Tom W. Guy (Inga), sister Patricia Dickerson, brother James. S. Guy, Roland Guy (Johnnie), Allen D. Guy (Felilcia). Five grandchildren; Kierra Ross, Ashlyn Ross, Laila Ross, Christian Winans, Joshua Winans, and a host of family and friends.
