John S. Faulk

John Steven Faulk, was welcomed into the arms of his Savior on December 15, 2014. His time on earth was filled sharing 59 years with his loving wife Velma Faulk, while raising 3 children.His passion was singing gospel at the local Senior Homes with a quartet, rooting for his New Orleans Saints every season and following his Houston Astros.He is survived by his wife Velma Faulk; his brother, Donald Faulk; his son Ken Faulk and wife Glenda; daughter, Karen Turner and husband Mark; and daughter, Michele Faulk. The grandchildren also had his heart, Doug Faulk, Danielle Germany, Steven Turner, Christopher Turner and Samantha Hernandez along with 3 great granddaughters, Morgan Faulk, Micalynn Germany and Daniele Germany; 4 great grandsons, Collin Turner, Brady Turner, Jacob Hernandez and Cash Turner. Visitation will be from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, December 18 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 10:45, Friday, December 19 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, Texas 77038, followed by a Memorial service at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Calvary Hill Funeral Home.
