He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 14, 1965. Joe attended Dulles High School in Sugar Land, Texas.
Joe worked in hospitality for most of his life and enjoyed interacting with people on a daily basis. He had a passion for reading, hunting, fishing, and enjoying time with family and friends.
He is survived by his father Deacon Joe Kelly Sr and his mother Peggy Kelly, his brother Shawn (wife Tracy) Kelly, and his sister Mary Kelly, and nieces and nephews including Cameron, Zephren, Grace, Shane, Cassidy, grandnephew and grandniece Jackson and Sapphire.
A memorial Mass for Joe will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at his home parish, St James Catholic Church, 22800 Aldine Westfield Rd, Spring, TX 77373.
A reception and lunch for friends and family will follow.
