Florence L. Hazen, 95, of Spring, Texas, passed away on October 27, 2011. Florence was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. After retirement, Florence and her husband, Donald, spent the winter months in Ft. Myers, Forida. Florence moved to Spring in 1989 where she has lived for the past 22 years. She was a member of the Northwest Assistance Ministries and loved participating in her sewing group. Her biggest passion in life was her family, which consisted of her late husband Donald, her daughter Barbara, her sons HarryGeorge, Paul, Thomas, twins Richard and Robert and step-son Donald, as well as her twin sister Jean and brother Bob. She is also survived by her granddaughters Ginger, Sherry and Michelle and 5 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in her honor at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home.
