Elmer Otilio Ramirez

Elmer Ramirez, age 81, of Spring, Texas passed away on June 26, 2019. Graveside service to celebrate the life of Elmer Ramirez will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX.

Mr. Ramirez was born September 12, 1937 in Lajas, Puerto Rico. He was a devoted and loving husband, caring and loving father, and exceptional provider. Elmer was known for his selfless in his sharing, generosity when helping others, and as a protector standing in the gap. He was proud of his family, proud and loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. Elmer was faithful in all things and loved his country.

Mr. Ramirez was preceded in by his wife, Adelina S. Ramirez. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Iris Ramirez; daughter and son-in-law, Madeline and Gilberto Quinones; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Elric and Stefanie Ramirez; and granddaughter, Marlene Pietenpol. Other relatives include great grandson, James Ramirez; great grandson, Rhett Ramirez; and great granddaughter, Zoey Pietenpol.
