He was born May 23rd of 1943 to Hubert and Selma Lilley in Splendora Texas.
He married Maria Medina on December 3rd of 1975 in Houston Texas.
Billy had a career in car dealing and was a member of the American Legion. Billy loved to spend time with friends and family, travel, hunting and fishing.
He served in the Navy from November 16th of 1962 to May 28th of 1965 as a Personnelman Third Class.
Billy is survived by his wife Maria, his sons Billy Ray Lilley Jr and his wife Nancy Lilley, Michael Wayne Lilley and his wife Misty Lilley, Bobby Ray Lilley and his wife Nichole Lilley and Charles Edward Lilley. His sisters Corrine Turner, Sue McCowan, Shirley Shearer and Dottie Tompkins. His eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, Tiffany Knight and her husband Justin, Caleb Lilley, Kimberly Lilley, Aaron Lilley, Staci Coleman, Bailey Langford, Jacob Lilley, Gabriella Lilley, Charlie Lilley, Mason Lilley, Autumn Melendez and her husband David, great-grandchildren Kali Hendrick, Evan Salinas, Jayce Salinas, Vaeda Coleman, Chloe Coleman, Wednesday Martin, Lilliana Melendez and Joseph Melendez and numerous nieces and nephews.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert an Selma Lilley, brothers Raymond Lilley, Bobby Lilley Jr., JD Lilley, his sisters Ruby Landes, Pearl Fincher and two infant sisters.
Billy Ray Lilley will be missed and in our hearts forever.
A visitation for Billy will be held Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cem, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338. A celebration of life will occur Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338. A committal service will occur Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338.
