Barbara was born on February 14, 1947 in Crockett, Texas. The tenth child of William H. Doyle and Daisy D Ridley Doyle, she grew up in Groveton and graduated from Groveton High School in 1964. She married the love of her life, David W. Bailey on February 11, 1967 in Groveton, Texas. Barbara served her Lord singing in Church and as a church pianist for 50 years. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Humble, Texas and retired from 31 years of service at Spring ISD.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 51 years, David Bailey; her daughter Jana Grayson and husband, Steve; her son Jason Bailey and wife Heather; her grandchildren, Kristen Brown and husband Jeremy, Travis Grayson, Lorelai Bailey; and her great grandson, Jesse Wayne Brown.
Barbara is preceded in rest by her parents; her six brothers, “ Buster”, Ridley, Charles, Howard, Norman and James Doyle and her three sisters; Margaret Witt, Carolyn Tsikas and Ann Fussell.
