Suzanne Beaudoin

C'est avec une grande tristesse que la famille de Suzanne Morin d'Ottawa, Ontario, annonce son décès le 11 juin 2024. Après une longue maladie, elle est décédée paisiblement à l'hôpital, entourée de sa famille.

Née à Ottawa le 23 mars 1953, fille de feu Hubert et Alice Beaudoin, Suzanne était une épouse, une mère, une grand-mère, une sœur et une amie dévouée.

Son mari bien-aimé, Bernard, chérira le partenariat profond qu'ils ont partagé pendant plus de 50 ans. Ses trois fils se souviendront de son énergie, de sa loyauté et de son amour inlassable. Ses huit petits-enfants se souviendront de la façon dont elle les adorait tous.

Suzanne Morin a consacré sa vie à sa famille.

Elle laisse dans le deuil Bernard Morin et ses fils Patrick (Michèle), Guy (Jacqueline) et Sylvain (Jessica); ses petits-enfants Gabrièle, Elyse, William (Kristina), Mackayla, Samuel, Dylan, Caleb et Sophie; ainsi que ses frères et sœurs Diane (Michel), Germaine, Hubert Jr, Robert (Sylvie), Paul (Joanne), Gisèle (Guy), ainsi que plusieurs nièces, neveux et cousins.

La famille tient à remercier le médecin de famille et les spécialistes de Suzanne, ainsi que le personnel des soins palliatifs de l’Hôpital de Gatineau pour leurs soins et leur compassion.

Suzanne a demandé qu'il n'y ait pas de visite ni de service, mais nous lui rendrons hommage en célébrant sa vie à une date ultérieure.

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons peuvent être faits à la Fondation canadienne du foie ou à l'Hôpital de Gatineau.

With great sadness, the family of Suzanne Morin of Ottawa, Ontario, announces her passing on June 11, 2024. After a long illness, she passed away peacefully in hospital, surrounded by family.

Born in Ottawa March 23, 1953, daughter of the late Hubert and Alice Beaudoin, Suzanne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Her loving husband Bernard will cherish the deep partnership they shared for more than 50 years. Her three sons will remember her unflagging energy, loyalty and love. Her eight grandchildren will recall the way she doted on them all.

Suzanne Morin dedicated her life to her family.

She is survived by Bernard Morin and sons Patrick (Michèle), Guy (Jacqueline) and Sylvain (Jessica); by grandchildren Gabrièle, Elyse, William (Kristina), Mackayla, Samuel, Dylan, Caleb and Sophie; and by siblings Diane (Michel), Germaine, Hubert Jr, Robert (Sylvie), Paul (Joanne), Gisèle (Guy), as well as by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank Suzanne’s family doctor and specialists, along with the palliative care staff at the Gatineau Hospital for their care and compassion.

Suzanne asked that there be no visitation or service, but we will honour her with a celebration of her life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation or the Gatineau Hospital.
