Surjit, spent most of his time with his best friend, his wife Hardip. They would go on very long walks together, walking over to their children's homes. Surjit was very hard working and was always finding new ways to help his family. His family remembers him saying "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise".
Surjit is survived by his spouse of 53 years, Hardip Nahal; sons Davinder S. Nahal (M. Kulwinder Kaur) and Harminder S. (M. Bhavni) Nahal. Daughters Kamaljit K. (M. Gurmit) Bains and Narinder K. (M. Jagdish) Shergill. Surjit also leaves behind 9 grandchildren. Surjit was a very family oriented person and his family will always remember all of the memories and time shared with him. Surjit had a lot of love for his children and grandchildren.
A prayer service for Surjit will be held Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 11:00 AM at Lakewood Funeral Home - Heritage Chapel, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California, followed by a witness cremation.
