DEC 23, 1929 - SEPT 14, 2015 Roy C. Bell was born in Oklahoma and moved to his heavenly home at the age of 85. Parents were George and Hattie Bell, Brother of 11 siblings, all deceased. Married to Mildred Gann Bell in 1948. Father of three children Bill Bell (Cynthia) of Colorado. Dan (Debbie) Bell of Hughson and daughter Janet Allen who he joined in heaven. Grandfather to 12 and Great Grandfather to 14. Roy and his wife also fostered 53 children over 29 years. Roy was a gentle giant. He was firm in his believer of God and treated people with kindness and respect. He was a member of Hughson Assembly of God. A viewing will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Lakewood Funeral Home in the Riverside Chapel from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Funeral service will follow after the viewing and conclude at Lakewood Memorial Park.
