Peter Galati, "Pete", passed away on Friday, January 27th in
Modesto, CA. He was 87. Pete was born in Carina Palermo,
Sicily to parents Vincenzo and Maria (Antica) Galati. He was
the second youngest of seven children.
Pete worked as a baker at Rainbow Bread for over 30 years.
Since he worked at Rainbow, his family always had the best
tasting and freshest products they made.
He is survived by his son Perry Galati and his wife Kim of
Modesto, grandchildren; Madison Galati, Giannia Galati and
sister Emilia Altadonna.
