Oscar Frank Webb, a much loved Dad, Brother, and Friend, lost his struggle with Emphysema on January 11th, 2010; one month before his 69th birthday.Oscar was born on February 11, 1941 to Frank and Bertha Webb of Riverbank. Soon after graduating from Oakdale High in 1958, Oscar joined the United States Navy, where he ultimately was appointed Aviation Machinists' Mate, Second class. His knowledge as a Turbojet Engine Mechanic led him to Sharpe Army Depot/Rough and Ready Island, where he worked for nearly 35 years before retiring.Oscar is survived by: his three children Pam Baker of Modesto, Joyce Webb of Waterford, and Ken Webb of Los Angeles; Brother Charley Webb of Escalon, Sisters Margaret McAlpine of Modesto and Wanda Webb of Riverbank, and his Grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Oscar was preceded in death by his older Brother, Wiley Webb.He was a lover of hunting, fishing, camping, family and friends.
