Ms. Gonzalez worked at Contadina foods until it closed, she liked working and took pride in her work but most of all she liked the friendships she made. After working at Contadina she worked at CAL - Pine Pallets in Modesto until her retirement at 72 years old.
Margarita leaves behind her children Rene Jr. Gonzalez, Ramon Gonzalez, and Ninfa Lopez, her 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is finally at peace with the ones that passed before her, her spouse of 60 years Rene B. Gonzalez and her daughter Beatriz Rubio. Love you mom & grandmom.
A visitation for Margarita will be held Monday, February 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.
A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.
