Irene Esther Barnett

January 11, 1922 - July 19, 2013

To our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and daughter; born Jan. 11, 1922, Ariena “Irene” Esther Horst; loved life to the fullest. Devoted to God our Father in Heaven; laid to rest next to her husband, Larry Barnett Jr. of 59 years whom she followed in death 4 months after his passing. She truly loved her family; 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren; you will be missed. Her most precious prayer was for them to come to know her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved holiday cooking, giving of gifts, but mostly loved giving love from her heart. To have been loved by her was the greatest gift of all. We will never forget; and always cherish your love, and how you loved us and God. Chapel service will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, in Hughson, on Saturday, Jul. 27th at 10:00am.
