Eleuterio Rapisura Tenorio

He was born on February 20, 1954, in Taleb Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He moved to the United States of America in 1971 along with his parents and siblings; and resided in Hughson, CA.

After High School, he immediately began working as a farm laborer in the agricultural industries of asparagus and grapes in the Central Valley areas of Stockton and Fresno for decades, then transitioned into working in Salmon canneries of Alaska during the summers and deservingly retired at the age of 62.

Terry was never a man of many words but expressed his love through his actions. He loved spending time with family and friends and making everyone laugh; he enjoyed cooking homemade Filipino food for his family; he had a passion for raising his roosters and his fur babies; he was a farmer at heart and loved farming vegetables in his backyard to share homegrown vegetables with everyone. He loved his family dearly and left his legacy of expressing love through actions.

Although he left us far too soon, the impact he made on his family and friends will carry on forever. Before he passed, he told his kids he was not afraid to die and will have eternal life with our Heavenly Father and help watch over our family.

Terry is survived and missed by his loving wife, Roselily Javier Tenorio of 36 years; and his children Janet and (Joel) of San Jose; Stefany of San Diego; Samantha (Junior) of Hughson, Vanessa of Hughson; Kevin and (Veronica) of Hughson, grandchildren Mariyah, Mateo, Jaselle, Brenden, and Lorelai; siblings Ponce, Victor, Pete, Patricia; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; Terry was preceded in death by his parents Macario and Maria and sister Devita.

No words can express how grateful and blessed we are to our family, friends, and neighbors who were there for us until his passing. A heartfelt thank you for all the meals, visits, support, and prayers.

A visitation for Eleuterio will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home - Riverside Chapel, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California. A visitation will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 7820 Fox Rd., Hughson, CA. A committal service will occur Friday, March 31, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park - St. Jude's Garden.
