Eleanor “Elly” B. White of Modesto, CA, passed away peacefully in her home with her husband by her side on September 11, 2015, at the age of 88. She was born in Poughkeepsie, New York on May 5, 1927.
She is preceded in death by her daughter; Linda Donnelly. She is survived by her husband Harold Ray White, her stepsons Michael White of Florence, AZ, Robert White of Wisconsin, and Mark White of Lathrop, CA.
She was a valued employee of VandenBerghe Properties for close to thirty years. Along with her husband, she managed Stardust Villa Apartments for close to twenty years before managing Casa De Paz Apartments where she spent the last ten years. Being a breast cancer survivor, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in her memory at https://donate.cancer.org. A celebration of her life will be held on Sept. 26, 2015 from 2 – 5pm at the Celebration Center located at 323 Kerr Ave, Modesto, CA.
