Dan Gordon Anderson M.D., age 90, of Modesto, California passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022.
Gordon was born in Blackberry Minnesota and moved to California at the age of 13. He graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School in 1961. In 1967 he became Modesto's first Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He retired completely from practice and teaching in 2021 at the age of 89. He enjoyed farming on his ranch and loved snow skiing, hiking, and backpacking with his family. He is survived by his children Christopher, Lucinda and her husband David, and Candace. He is also survived by his grandchildren Blake, Brannon, and Lynsie. He is predeceased by his wife Gwynne.
A funeral service for Dan will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.
