Charles (Chuck) Womack passed away with his wife by his side, at the age of 55 after a long battle with cancer at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, CA. He was born August 12, 1958 to Freda & Charles Womack in Modesto, CA and graduated from Hughson High School.
Chuck was a Husband, Father, Son, Brother and Friend. He leaves behind his wife, Clover Womack of 12 ½ years of Modesto, CA, his father Charles Womack of Hickman, CA, sister Cathi (David) Morris of Vacaville, CA, brother Richard Womack of Hughson, CA, step-brother Matthew (Autumm) Brechwald of Kuna, ID, daughter Dina (Randy) Van Mater of Hickman, CA and son Charles Richard Womack of Waterford, CA. Step-children Dawn (Egidio) Azevedo of Delhi, CA, Jolene Medeiros of Modesto, CA, and Anthony Medeiros of Modesto, CA. Grandchildren Ashleigh Van Mater, Madilynn Van Mater, Ashlyn Azevedo, and Spencer Azevedo. He also leaves behind five Nieces and Nephews and many more family and friends.
Services are Tuesday, November 5th, 2013 at 1:30 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson, CA 95326.
