Billie Gene Keeney of Waterford, California was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was the daughter of Sid and Julie Inman and born in Arkansas. She was the youngest of 6 children.
She was married to Frank Keeney for over 50 years and had four children, Sharon Keeney (Castro), Fran Keeney, Sidney Keeney, and Morris Keeney.
She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church and attended services in Waterford. She was a woman of faith and strength. A woman who knew the loss of many loved ones but also knew the love of many. She will be truly missed by those she leaves behind, 2 children, 7 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
