Arthur Costa

Born in Escalon and raised in Patterson, CA, Art served honorably for 2 years in the US Army in the Korean War. Art married his wife Irene on October 30, 1950. Art is survived by his wife and their 6 children - Richard, Ray, Dale, John, Philip and Theresa, 1 son-in-law - John, 3 daughter-in-laws - Jeri, Cathy and Peggy, 10 grandchildren - Shawna, Thomas, Jennifer, Victoria, Patricia, Jessica, Christopher, Matthew, Sarah and Stephanie, 5 great grandchildren - Kailey, Damian, Aidan, Rylee, and Angel. Art was preceded in death by his 7 brothers and 1 sister and has 2 surviving sisters.

A man who loved traveling, fishing, gardening and lived life to its fullest, Art touched the lives of many and left a light that will shine forever. We will miss him greatly.

A visitation will be made available at 10:00am followed by a memorial service at 11:00am on Tuesday, August 30th at Lakewood Funeral Home, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA. A celebration of life will follow at the same location.
