Arthur Morris Cohn

1942 - 2025

Modesto, California - Arthur "Buzz" Cohn passed quietly on Tuesday, March 25th. He was 82 years young. Buzz, his childhood nickname that stuck for life, was born in Seattle, Washington, later moving to Los Angeles for his father's job at Boeing. Buzz attended Van Nuys High School, and college at both UC Berkeley and San Francisco State. He spent the majority of his working career in the family business in Modesto, where he served as CEO for two decades prior to its sale, and his later retirement.

Buzz was married for nearly 60 years to Kathleen, who he met and fell in love with at Berkeley.

He was a very proud husband, brother, father, and prouder grandfather. He is survived by a litany of family and lifelong friends who loved him for his ease, sense of humor, and kindness.
