With great sorrow, we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Mrs. Phạm Thị Xiêm, Buddhist alias Diệu Hạnh, born October 10, 1929 at village Dị Sử, district Mỹ Hào, province Hưng Yên, Vietnam. She passed away at 4 PM on Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Houston, Texas at the age of 92. Funeral services will be held at:
