Willis was born January 4, 1977 in Charleston, South Carolina. He worked as an Executive Chef at Sambuca in downtown Houston. Willis had a little brother, Rich Mora, who tragically died in a motorcycle accident in 2011. He also had a cousin who was killed in high school at 17 years old, who was like a brother to him. Willis didn’t fear death. He had a respect for life and a joyful perspective. He loved to play jokes on friends and/or family often. Willis was easy going, loving and always enjoyed the company around him. He was a hard worker, loved being surrounded by his rodeo family and lived with his restaurant family. The love of his life was his daughter Lillie, he cherished every moment with her. Willis has now joined Rich and together they will always watch over her. His playful spirit will be missed. Willis was dearly loved by his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Barbara and James Mora; his daughter, Lillie Allen; one sister, Alyson Jarvis and brother-in-law, Eric Jarvis; step-grandparents, Arlene Telles and David Naterra; one niece, Addison Jarvis and nephew, Braden Jarvis; two aunts, Rebecca Allen and April Allen; one uncle, Noel “Skip” Allen; two cousins, Tristan Allen and Elizabeth Grace Allen; two step-uncles, Ron and Randy Mora; one step-aunt, Valerie Mora and many other loving family and friends.
