Willie attended G.W. Carver High School in Houston, Texas. He was raised in a Christian home; sharing andcaring for others became a big part of his life. At an early age, he accepted Christ under the pastorage of ElderW. Powell of Magnolia, Texas.
Fifty years ago, God sent Willie his best friend and companion, Debra Donahue. On December 28, 1970, theyunited and became one. To this holy union, God blessed them with three loving children.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Elma Stewart, six siblings: Lonnie Jr., Azinia, Joan,Thomas, Donald, and Ricky.
He departed this walk of life to be with his maker. His memories remain precious in the hearts and minds of hisloving and devoted wife, Debra; daughter, LaTonya, and sons, Terrance, Sr. and Willie, Jr.; grandchildren;Gabriella, Terrance Jr., Nicholas, Zachary, and Kaitlyn; three sisters, Mildred, Mary, and Debra; mother in law,Ellen; sisters in law, Shelia, Pamela, and Jacqueline; Goddaughter, Adriene Jones , and a host of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
