Bill, aka Billiam, Pops, Poppie, Hubcap, Hummer, Wyl.e, was a long time member of IBEW Local 716. He retired as an electrician, yet followed his passion for rebuilding motorcycles in his retirement years. He truly lived every day for the next day. So much as buying his hunting license the day of his exit. He was going the following week to get Lisa a buck she so desperately wanted. Not as a pet for a change, but for dinner. Bill loved every moment he was allowed to spend time with his children, grandchildren, sisters, family and extended family. Bill fought a long hard road with his health and surprised all for his constant desire to live each day to the fullest. As he always reminded each, the sun will come up tomorrow.
A celebration of life memorial service for William will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Heights Funeral Home, 1317 Heights Blvd, Houston, Texas 77008. For the sake of the bees, in lieu of flowers, the founders of our chosen charity have supported Bill and Lisa relentlessly during the past years. The work and passion for family, children and human kindness are abundant. If you desire, please be so kind as to send donations to Joan's Wish List c/o Michael Williams, 865 S.
