William G. “Bill” Sanders, age 75, Retired Houston Police Lieutenant, stepped into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Bill was born February 4, 1938 in Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert, and his parents, Milton and Margaret. He leaves behind his loving wife of fifty years, Eveonne; his brother Tom; his eldest son, Jeff and daughter-in-law, Samantha with grandsons, William and Maxwell; his youngest son, Daniel and daughter-in-law, Beth with grandsons, Kaleb and Colton. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 5, 2013 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
