William was born March 9, 1930 in Houston Texas to the parents William and Pearl Randolph.
Although William is gone, he will live in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his children: Mark Randolph, Wiley Randolph, Velda Marie Randolph, Eleanor Randolph Dixon, Georgia Randolph Middleton. Grandchildren; Demetress Randolph, Benjamin Birdow. Great Grandchild; William A Busby.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Georgia Mae Randolph and his second wife Edna Price Randolph.
