Bill worked at Courtland Line Company in sales and Conn's Furniture Sales.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Melinda Karen Meyer, mother, Nelda Eilene Ray Meyer and father, William Joseph Meyer Jr.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Christie McNelly (Bruce) , Melanie Schwab, brothers, Jerry Meyer (Kathleen) , and Rick Meyer (Nancy). Also left to cherish his memory are 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
A visitation for William will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
