Weldon Marvin McGill

Weldon Marvin McGill, 74, passed away on September 27, 2015 in the company of his loving family. He was born on September 10, 1941 to parents Inez and Willie McGill in Humble, Texas. He proudly served his country for 8 years in the U.S. Army.

In 1966, he wed his wife of 49 years, Frances Carol Dusek from Holland, Texas. They have 3 wonderful sons, Jeffrey, Derrick and Brandon.

He is survived by his sister, Lois Boyd, her husband Charles Boyd and countless friends, neighbors and relatives.

He was a successful local air conditioning company owner for over 40 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed golf, fishing, motor sports and remote control air planes.

He attended Spring Woods United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be held at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, October 1, 2015. Funeral service will be at Brookside Funeral Home at 9:00 AM Friday, October 2, 2015.
