Wanda Mack Morgan, 91, passed away December 3, 2014. She was born in Childress, Texas on October 24, 1923 to John and Eva Hunter. Her family later moved to Wellington where she attended school and graduated from Wellington High School. Wanda later moved to Dallas where she remained until moving to Fort Worth in the 1980’s. Wanda then moved to Spring, Texas in 1999 to live with her daughter, Aundrea. She worked as a loan officer for Commercial Credit Corporation in Dallas, Texas for 25 years. Later she worked in retail clothing stores selling the clothes she loved to wear. She served as Worthy Matron in the North Richland Hills Chapter of Eastern Star.
Anyone who knew her loved her zest for life and flamboyant style. She was known for wearing her signature sequined hats, having long bright red nails and red hair (even at 91), loving the Dallas Cowboys and her cats, and dancing and singing to Toby Keith music. She had a wonderful long life and we will miss her. Her daughter and her precious cats especially will miss her.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eva Hunter. She is survived by her loving daughter, Aundrea Schultz.
