Wanda Aliene Campbell entered the gates of Heaven on Friday, July 1st, 2022 at the age of 89.
This beloved wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was born and raised in the small town of Mullin, Texas on May 23, 1933. Of the twelve children in her family, she was the fourth child, and the first girl born. She began working in a restaurant called Club Cafe in Ozona, Texas where she would meet her husband, Doyle. After they were married and travelled the United States, they finally settled in her current home in Houston, Texas. She would pass the time by playing with her grandchildren, and taking care of the horses at the stables. She was a fervent believer in trusting God, as she would always say, “Leave it up to God, that’s all you can do.”
