Virginia Lee Nicholson was born August 18, 1922 in Kansas City, MO. and died peacefully, surrounded by loved-ones on Sunday, September 25, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alice and Ruben Brown, brothers Raymond and Richard and sister Margaret Balch. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Ben Lloyd Nicholson, daughters Lynda Broussard and Sandra Bohot; brother, Harold Brown; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A homemaker and mother, Virginia was a member of Memorial Baptist Church from the age of 11, and loved to garden, play sports/games and was an avid reader. Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 28th from5-8PM at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM, Thursday, Sept. 29th at Memorial Baptist Church 22333 Kuykendahl, Spring, TX 77379. A Reception will follow after the Funeral Service at the Church.
