Vaughn B. Venters passes away Monday, September 2, 2019. Born to the Late George and Arenetta Venters on September 20, 1950 in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Jack Yates High School in 1968 then obtained his undergraduate degree Rice University, and a Doctorate Degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He leaves behind 2 daughters, Aglaia and Tonia, a son Vaugh Michael, one brother, Yeura Venters (Ellen); three aunts, DeLois Woodard, Norma Roberts, Minnie Salsman (Aaron); one uncle, Milton Jones; two nephews, Yuri and Yalon Venters (Shane); two great nieces and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
