Tommy M. Thrailkill

He loved God, his family, the Lodge, traveling, telling jokes, singing country music & watching the OU Sooners play football. When Tommy entered a room, it was lit up with joy. He was a 50 yr. member of the Masonic Lodge & the Order of the Eastern Star. He belonged to Cade-Rothwell Lodge #669, was a Charter Member & Past Master of Northwest Lodge #1434, a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason, member of the Arabia Shrine & a Charter Member of Tomball Area Shrine Club, Past Patron Klein Chapter #1141, OES, & a member of Durkee United Methodist Church. He was a devoted and loving husband, Daddy, & Pappaw.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus I. & Grace Bell Thrailkill, brothers Jack & Eugene Cummings, sisters Rebecca Stachmus & Eva "Curly" McCullough, & his beloved mother & father-in-law C. J. "Boots" & Eilah Mae Pool. Tommy is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sally Pool Thrailkill, children & grandchildren Eilah Mae "Punkin" & J.J. Bulanek, Jr., James Thomas "Bubba" & Cindy Thrailkill, Charles "Sonny" Thrailkill, James Matthew Thrailkill, Samantha Michelle Thrailkill, & Lance Bulanek. He is survived by his brother & sister-in-law David & Sue Thrailkill, sisters Betty Sue Passini-Kite, Dorothy Collins, Reva "Shorty" Null, Gracie Bell & Tommy Stockstill, & Bernice Cummings, a host of nieces & nephews, & friends that are beloved as family.

Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, 5 to 8 PM & funeral services Monday, Oct. 10, 2011 at 12:30 PM at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.
