It is with great sorrow that I write this message on behalf of myself and my friend, Sally Hale.  We were good friends with Tim from Vinson & Elkins  in DSG.  We last had lunch with Tim in December 2018, while he was working at Houston's Medical Center.   Sally and I made it a point to try to see him when she came to Houston and wondered why we had not heard from him.  Today we were talking on the phone and decided to look up our dear friend Tim, only to find out that he passed away in July of 2019.  We will miss Tim and remember him fondly and the good times we shared.  

We extend our deepest sympathy to Toby and Tim's family.

Tim and I worked together at V&E for years.  Even when he became a trainer, he helped me with many things related to work.  When I moved away from Houston, we still communicated each year at Christmas and birthdays. I will always remember his wit, friendship and pray for God's comfort over his family. 

Tim was a significant influence in my life.  He was exuberant whether in a social setting or at the gym.  His gregarious personality and quick wit were extraordinary, and I always felt as though I belonged as a member of his family the way he would welcome me and put me at ease.  I tremendously miss his intellect and friendship and know that this is an unfathomable loss to those closest to him and to his circle of friends.
