Thomas Thang Nguyen

Thomas Thang Nguyen, M.D., was born in Saigon, Vietnam, on July 19, 1963. He lived his life with integrity, love, conviction and commitment. He lit up a room with his smile and quietly touched our lives. Thomas loved running, swimming, cycling, and most of all his daughter, Chloe. He beamed happiness in her presence. He passed from this life too soon on July 6, 2014. Thomas is in a better place smiling over us and training for his next marathon. He is survived by his wife, Nina Tran and daughter Chloe Nguyen, parents Phac D. Nguyen and Ngoc B. Nguyen, sister Trang Nguyen and brother-in-law Ted Nguyen, mother-in-law Thu Suong Tran and father-in-law Vien Van Tran, as well as numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, July 12, 2014, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The family wishes to express sincere thanks for the support, prayers and thoughts at this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Chloe Van Nguyen Memorial Fund. Proceeds from this fund will be rolled into a college account for Thomas’ 8 year old daughter, Chloe. Friends and family may donate by going to any Chase Bank.
