Thomas L. Migl, Sr., age 71, passed away January 13, 2014 in Houston, Texas. He was a long time active member of Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, was actively involved in his community, and was an influencial Boy Scout Leader of Troop 1332, with over 50 Eagle Scouts. He was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Edna L. Migl. Survived by daughter, Marnie Brown and husband Andy; sons, Thomas L. Migl, Jr. and wife Sharon and Tim Migl; grandchildren, Thomas L. Migl, III, and Tyler G. Migl; brother, John J. Migl; sister, Mary Ann Parker; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2014 at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18511 Klein Church Rd., Spring, Texas 77379. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Steve Brueggeman, Cade Brueggeman, David Vance Faltysek, William Wright, and Geoffrey Howe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's honor to M. D.
