A visitation for Tho will be held Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Chapel of Eternal Peace, 2454 S. Dairy Ashford, Houston, Texas 77001. A visitation will occur from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077. A funeral service will occur Monday, September 18, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077.
