Tami Denise Taylor is the daughter of Earl and Virginia, born January 5, 1981 in Houston, Texas. Tami knew at an early age that she loved God and she loved life and she loved people. Tami was born with Sickle Cell and around seven months old, Tami suffered five strokes. Tami never let her sickness stop her from living; the doctors told her family that she would live to be twelve years old. But that was not God's plan. Later the doctors told her family she would only live to see eighteen years of age. But that also was not in God's plans for her life. Tami graduated high school and was determined to life; she suffered many sickle cell crises which would later cause damage to her heart, liver and lungs. Tami did not give up. While the doctors would tell the family Tami would not live long, years passed because God knew the plans for Tami to prosper her not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future. Tami lived to be thirty-two years old. Tami departed this life on July 2, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memories, her dad Earl Taylor, her sister Valerie Richardson, her brother-in-law Billy Richardson, her nephew Billy Ray Richardson, her nieces Toni Richardson and Whitney Akpobo, sister and brother-in-law Daphney Richardson and Yome Akpobo; her aunts and uncles Doris and Emanuel of Dallas, Texas, Alma and Lawrence of Texas City, Texas, her lifetime friend Mammie Hinton, her very special friend Sandro...and a host of other relatives and friends. Tami is preceded in death by her mom Virginia.
