On Wednesday, October 5th, Suzanne Edwards Singleton, beloved mother and Mimi, passed away peacefully at the age of 71. She had a smile that lit up every room and her vibrant personality enabled her to make friends everywhere she went.
Suzanne was born on October 1, 1951 in Houston, Texas to George and Nancy (O’Riley) Edwards. She worked hard while raising her two daughters and ultimately became a crew secretary in the astronaut office at NASA.
Suzanne was a dedicated mother and the heart and soul of her family. She loved her children and cherished every moment with them. She embraced her role as Mimi and enjoyed playing, painting and laughing with her two grandchildren.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents and sister Nancy Butcher. She is survived by her daughters Tracy Singleton and Kimberly Molina, her son-in-law Daniel Molina, two grandchildren Aden and Isabella Molina, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and many precious friends.
Please join her friends and family at a memorial service on Saturday, November 12th, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Angels at Forest Park Lawndale.
