Susan Harlan Cardenas was born on June 1, 1949 to Buford Benjamin and Josephine Morgan and passed away on February 12, 2017 surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her children, Tara Cardenas, Timi LaFleur and her husband Robby LaFleur, their son Nicholas Guidry, Anna O’Neill and her husband Aaron O’Neill and their sons Austen O’Neill and Asher O’Neill, as well as her sister Jackie Faye Wiess and brother in law Edwin Louie Wiess, IV, and countless beloved friends and family.
Susan was a native Houstonian and was happiest when she was spending time with her family that she was so proud of, especially her grandsons. She was a good friend to many and will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives she touched over the years and will never be forgotten. There is a sense of happiness and comfort knowing she has joined her beloved parents to rest in eternal peace.
