Stephanie Rhea Silva-Serna, age 29, of Richmond, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Stephanie was born June 19, 1992.
A visitation for Stephanie will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077, followed by a funeral service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
