Sidney Maurice Bear, Jr., 77, went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 30, 2010. Mr. Bear retired after 39 years from Shell. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Lucille Bear, daughters; Kathy L. Bear Lay (Michael D.) and Connie F. Bear Sipp (David A.), son Sidney Maurice Bear III, (Christi A.), sisters; Naomi Mannen and Betty Jean Shea, 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. The family will receive friends Monday, October 4, 2010, 6pm – 8pm. The funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 5, 2010, 3pm at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
