Shirley loved to crochet and play Bingo.
She is predeceased by her mother, Lola Arnt; husband, Carl Williams; brother, Franklin Reeves; and daughters, Beverly Hall and Cathy Urban.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Lauren Brown, Jaime Presley, Janice Urban, Jeffrey Urban, and Jennifer Rodriguez.
