Shirley Joy Perkins, age 96, of Houston, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Shirley is survived by her son John Mark Perkins; her son Charles David Perkins and wife Tambra; and her son Stephen Lee Perkins. Also left to cherish her memory are three grandchildren;John Clinton, Dawn Marie and Wade Mitchell Perkins. Mrs. Perkins is preceded in death by her husband Robert Charles Perkins and daughter-in-law Margaret Perkins.
