She was preceded in death by her mother, Carrolyn Bishop and father, Jimmy Bishop. Mrs. Wakefield is survived by her loving husband, Glenn wakefield; daughters, Charlotte Wakefield and Sarah Dill and her husbaband, Ryan Dill; step-daughter, Michelle Wix and her husband; step-sons, Monte Wakefield and wife, Michele Wakefield and Michael Wakefield; grandchildren, Averi Dill, Karsyn Dill, Anthony Booker, Cheyenne Hellman and Chloe Wakefield; sister, Shari Wix and husband, Alec Beard; brothers, Fred Bishop and David Bishop; nieces and nephews, Jamie Miller and husband Keith Miller, David Bishop, Chris Bishop, Amanda Gillen-Hall and husband, Ben Gillen-Hall and their son, Everett and Amy Wix.
Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon with the funeral service at 12:00 noon on Monday, February 25, 2013 at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 north in Houston.
