Shelia Salas Davis was born on January 8th 1961, in Houston Texas to the parents Frank G. Salas and Joan Dancer Salas. Shelia was raised in the Acres Homes Community. She was educated in the Aldine ISD School District where she attended G.W. Carver High School.
Growing up Shelia was a member of the Highland Heights Church of Christ where she gave her life to Christ and was baptized. Later in life she attended Garden Oaks Church of Christ.
Shelia dedicated her life to her family by being a dedicated mother to her four children Zeno, Joanna, LaToya, and Timothy and tirelessly taking care of both of her parents at the end of their lives. Shelia worked as a cook in the medical field for more then 30 years. She loved watching Young and the Restless, ID, and Hallmark Christmas movies while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. She was an excellent cook that enjoyed cooking for her family every holiday. Shelia was a devoted grandmother to her 5 grandkids and loved being in the company of her family and close friends.
She departed this world on Thursday December 31st, 2020. She was preceded in death by her loving mother Joan Salas, and father Frank Salas.
Shelia leaves to cherish her memory, sons- Zeno Salas (Charles), Timothy Curley (Kellie), daughters- Joanna Curley, LaToya Miles, sister- Pamula Ayers, nephews- Gregory Randle (Toccara), Shannon Randle (Brittney), niece- Renisha Rogers (Sterling), 3 Grandsons- Timothy, Kaleb, and Noah Curley, 2 Granddaughters- Victoria Miles, Zoey Curley, 1 special daughter- Rhonda Jorden, (2)great-nieces, (10) great-nephews, and a host of beloved cousins, relatives and friends.
