Serina Colletti Cemino, 90, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. A native Houstonian, she resided in the Timbergrove Manor area for over 50 years. She is preceeded in death by her husband, Tony Cemino; parents, Paul and Mary Colletti, and sister, Virginia Colletti Bonno. She is survived by her son, Anthony Cemino; 3 daughters, Bernadine Ponzica and spouse, Lee, Mary Mandola and spouse, Sam, and Paula White and spouse, Duane; 5 grandchildren, 8 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
She loved being with her family and was a wonderful cook. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A special thank you to two angels: Lena Medina and Cissy Wakat, her caregivers for the past year.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. in Pat H. Foley & Co. Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Houston, Texas, followed by burial at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
