Sarah Elizabeth Jackson, 27, our special angel went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 17, 2011. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Billie Lemke, Sid and Melissa Jackson. She is survived by her parents, Susan and Mike Jackson; brother, Scott Jackson and wife, Nicole; grandfather, Charles Lemke; and numerous extended family members and friends. The family would like to thank Kelly, Cheryl, and Lydia for all their special care through the years. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Forest Park Lawndale from 4-7pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 2pm at Forest Park Lawndale's Main Chapel with interment immediately following. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
