Sara Amelia Rodriguez

Sara Amelia was born in Central Soledad, Cuba to Pedro Lucas Rodriguez Rizo & Hermina Tahuenca Arredondo on Wednesday January 11,1922. Sara was 1 of 8 siblings, She is survived by 13 of 19 nieces and nephews, 32 grand nieces and nephews, 44 great grand nieces and nephews & 6 great great grand nieces and nephews.

The family of Sara Amelia acknowledges with profound appreciation any personal kindnesses, thoughts and other expressions of love and sympathy during their hours of bereavement.

A public visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 21, 2024 in the Main Chapel of Garden Oaks Funeral Home, 13430 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX, with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m.

The funeral mass is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX in the chapel located within the Mausoleum.
